Mardo Magic - Greeting Card

A mardo is a small marsupial native to the Southwest region of Western Australia and other regions of Australia. They live in hollows of large trees or constructed nestboxes. They live on a diet of nectar, invertebrate, fruit and small animals such as lizards. They are common around homes and gardens where there is native shrubbery for shelter and attraction of their prey. They are also attracted to fresh water (with a stable object to avoid them falling in) and will make use of bird baths or dishes of water placed out in warmer months.
