Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sasha Cameron Art, based in Margaret River, Western Australia. These terms apply to purchases of physical products through this website.

Product details

Please read the product description and check your chosen design, size and framing options before ordering. Frames and styling accessories shown in photographs are not included unless stated in the listing.

I aim to represent each artwork accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. This does not affect your rights if a product is materially different from its description.

Prices & payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected.

Dispatch & delivery

In-stock prints, cards and stickers are dispatched within 4 business days. If additional stock needs to be ordered from my suppliers to fulfil your order, please allow 2–4 weeks before dispatch. Delivery time is additional.

If an unexpected stock shortage or delay affects your order, I’ll contact you to discuss the revised timeframe and available options, including a refund if I cannot supply the item.

Please check that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, please contact me so I can investigate with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in Margaret River. Select Local pickup at checkout. I’ll contact you when your order is ready and provide the collection details. Collection is by arrangement.

Order changes

Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. I’ll help where possible, although changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched or custom production has begun. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Copyright in all artwork and website images remains with Sasha Cameron. Purchasing an original artwork or reproduction does not transfer copyright or permission to reproduce the artwork.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Please see the Refund & Returns Policy for information about product issues and returns.
